Samy Daussat made a name for himself in the Gypsy jazz world by accompanying many of the most accomplished players in France. Today, we count him among them. Then our old friend Tcha Limberger is back with Les Violons de Bruxelles to turn the familiar ensemble of Django Reinhardt’s Quintet of the Hot Club de France precisely on its head. Ttrue, swinging, inventive Hot Club jazz as you’ve never heard it before.
